    I am the Artistic Director for the 15 Short Film Festival which is held in Charlotte, North Carolina annually. This years festival will take place on October 5, 2008. This is the third year for this event.

    The 15 Short Film Festival or 15 strives to search out the best shorts in the world that are fifteen minutes or less. There are five categories which include: DRAMA – EXPERIMENTAL – COMEDY – ANIMATION – INTERNATIONAL. The past events have had entries and official selections from over 20 countries and 50 film festivals. Some have included award winning films as well as student films.

    The 15 Short Film Festival Jury seeks out and researches films for its OFFICIAL SELECTIONS as as well as accept submissions from filmmakers. the jury is comprised of local and regional filmmakers, producers, and critics. Several awards will be presented. These include Best of Show as well as the Special Jury prize for best short.

    YOUR film B For Beekeeper was found by the jury. We are notifying you that we are interested in having that film as an Official Selection for the 15.

    If you are interested in having your short a part of our festival please respond to us asap. we prefer a DVD copy and a bio from the filmmaker.
